Big Hat Development Company, LLC is a family-owned and operated company based out of Knoxville, TN. Founded in 1998, Big Hat was established to provide turnkey real estate solutions to transportation leaders across the country. Ted Kuerschen, Chief Manager, was the catalyst for the formation of Big Hat after spending nearly 15 years developing service centers for AAA Cooper Transportation.
